About Pixlint
Pixlint is a collection of fast, focused utilities for developers and everyday tasks: formatting, validating, and converting JSON and XML, encoding and decoding Base64, explaining and building cron expressions, converting data sizes, units, number bases, and currencies, and resizing, cropping, and converting images.
How it works
- Private by architecture: all processing happens locally inside your web browser. Text you paste and files you open are never uploaded to our servers or any third party.
- Built for speed and large inputs: each page ships only the code for its own tool, while heavy work—such as multi-megabyte JSON/XML parsing and 40-megapixel image resampling—runs inside background Web Workers and Rust-compiled WebAssembly so the interface never freezes.
- Exact developer precision: JSON and XML tools preserve 64-bit and arbitrary-length integers above 253 verbatim instead of rounding them to 64-bit floats, and the number base converter uses arbitrary-precision
BigIntarithmetic. - Free & offline-capable: there are no accounts, paywalls, or file-count limits. The site is supported by unobtrusive ads that load only after the tool is interactive.
